This man is a relative-in-law. I include his picture because it was prominent in my grandma's photo album. He was labelled as "Grandpa Jim".
James Elliott, born Ireland 1836, husband of Julia Ann Vincent, father of James George Elliott (who married Elizabeth Bertha Lougheed).
This may have been taken the same time as the pictures of George and Bertha Elliott, around 1918 or 1919.
